Then, open up the activate panel. You should be able to access the strike pin. Compress the strike pin and then pull up on the handle. You should now have engaged the lock. At this point, you can take the mortice latch and rotate it until it is in the necessary position. Once the mortice latch is in the correct place, pull down on the handle so that the lock is disengaged.
